Erin White, Volunteer Coordinator with TheRAF.org, provided the following information regarding fly-in cabins that are in danger of being decommissioned:

Most pilot outreach efforts have been suspended since the onset of the pandemic, so I wanted to share the slideshow we normally use adapted in a, hopefully, self-explanatory format. We've experienced a lot of "possible pilot deviations" so far this summer and I want to make sure we're educating all the operators on the practices here to hopefully prevent some of those from occurring.

The Lake Hood Pilots Association held a membership meeting at 10 AM on December 7, 2019, at the Fishback hangar, 3720 Bellanca Way, Unit B.  The organization "regrouped" after the tragic loss of long-time association president Scott Christy and his wife, Jean Tam, in an aircraft accident on July 28, 2019.
